How far in advance do I need to order?

We require at least a 2 day notice for all orders, pickup & delivery.

Do you deliver or is it pickup only?

We offer both! 
When you place an order online there will be an option to select a timeframe and date for your pickup or delivery.

>Pickup is in Willow Springs is at the Love's Gas Station located at: 1310 East Main Street, Willow Springs, MO 65793. 
>Delivery is set to a 20 mile radius from Willow Springs and will include a $20 delivery charge.
We ask that you please schedule your delivery to a public location.

What is your minimum order amount?

We have a $25 order minimum for delivery orders only.

Do you have any availability for [date]?

We have a limit set for orders through the week, but if you are worried about an order being able to be satisfied or not please message us in the chat on the website, or email us your request at: pie.ology.missouri@gmail.com

What ingredients do you use?

All fruit pies are made with fresh or frozen fruit. Locally sourced as much as possible.
Crusts are made with a unbleached flour, butter, sugar, water mixture. Shortening crusts replace the butter in the mixture. 
Each pie is made once the order is place, fresh for you!

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free or dairy-free options?

No, unfortunately we have not experimented with offering these types of pie products.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We require a 2 day notice for all cancellations. Partial refunds are at the discretion of the owner.
All sales are final there will be no refunds once a order is delivered.

Can you make anything other than pie items?

Accepted Answer

No, we only offer pie related products. We encourage you to contact another bakery for those requests.

Can you make any other pies than fruit pies?

Accepted Answer

>We are under the cottage food law with our in home bakery and will only be able to offer fruit pies including: apple, blackberry, blueberry, cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, strawberry, & strawberry rhubarb.

>We will be having regular speciality flavors that change for the season so check back regularly and follow us on social media and stay in the know!
