OUR STORY
Handmade pies baked with homegrown love, just a slice of what I cherish in my life. Each pie baked in my home bakery is an expression of love and art!

My childhood consisted of various generations of women who were great influences in my life. Each one of these gals were hard working and dedicated to serving their families well in the kitchen & home. To my delight, they included me in on their daily tasks, chores, and projects! As a very young girl I spent weeks at a time at both my great-grandmother and grandmother's home! The farm life was calling and I had to do my part to help tinker and make my fair share of messes! I can still remember the days when the Swan's truck would come and my great-grandma would get a tub of vanilla ice cream. After supper she'd get out a wooden handled knife with an overly curved blade from years of sharpening and cut the ice cream into my bowl. We'd do the dishes and watch the sun set out the window. My other grandma and I loved to have tea parties and mini handmade treats were the perfect start to the morning breakfast, shortly followed by dress up and music lessons, and sewing projects that lasted the rest of the day. Project after project we would play all day with whatever we delighted in. My favorite place to hang out at the farm was sittin' in my great-grandma's cherry tree picking the juicy ripe fruit and spitting out the cherry seeds like a real farm girl! ;) Most of my summer days were filled with adventures goin' creekin' with my momma and siblings. We'd spend hours finding treasures, and eating the yummiest snacks we had prepared that morning! Mom always knew how to make chores more fun! To this day, when I hear oldies music it takes me right back to the brisk morning breezes from the open windows as we dusted the house, swept the floors and tidied, our little fannies shakin' to the beat and boogy-ing from room to room. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were made everyday at my house growing up. My momma sure knew how to make some delicious foods and was known for her strawberry rhubarb or blackberry cobbler that would bring three digit numbers at any fundraiser or auction in the community.
Little did I know, this life I lived was a building block, one that I would build upon in my adult life and foster such a rich life for my children. A life full of love for the Lord, gratitude for the life of friends, family, wildlife and a strong desire to continue all of the hard work examples set before me!
We still do these ALL of these things today at my house and my babies get to partake in life's greatest riches: God, family, friends, fellowship, and good food!

Today, I honor my great-grandmother's legacy by crafting delectable pies from scratch, using her hand crimp method and only using finest ingredients. Each pie is a labor of love, made to order just for you. We specialize in a variety of pie sizes, perfect for your creekin' trips, small gatherings, Sunday potluck dinners, breakfast pie, dessert after dinner, and special occasions.
Beyond our delicious pies, we also provide pie styling services for small events, ensuring your dessert table is as stunning as it is tasty. Themed accents are something we are famous for, capturing the vision of the event down to the smallest details. When you're ready for that perfect event contact us for a consultation and we'll help bring it all to life!
Designed to help create community amongst friends we developed an engaging pie-making class to be set up in your home, event center, or church. Pie-making skills are something of a dying art and we are NOT content keeping it that way. Host an event or join a class where we share the secrets of traditional pie-making methods, and teach you how to create your own pie masterpiece.
